Live Event Engraving at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery

Earlier this spring, I had the honor of providing live event engraving for a special celebration: WIPA San Francisco’s 10-year anniversary at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery. To mark the milestone, an incredibly talented team of vendors came together to produce an event that was nothing short of magical. Over 150 wedding industry professionals gathered to network, eat, dance, and celebrate the incredible talent that makes this industry thrive.

For this particular event, I hand-painted candles in advance, thoughtfully designing each one to reflect the floral color palette and aesthetic of the day. These personalized candles were then engraved live during the event, giving guests the chance to walk away with a bespoke keepsake made just for them!

I engraved nearly 200 candles by the end of the night. Our table was buzzing nonstop! Everyone lined up not just to receive a favor, but to engage in an experience. Many guests engraved their business names or a meaningful quote. If only you could have seen the reactions from everyone! So many were so excited to see and experience live engraving.
