Rates vary for each event depending on guest count, type of customization service, accommodation, etc. When inquiring, please be as detailed as possible so I can provide an accurate quote for your event.

A 50% payment is required for all bookings to secure your event date(s).

For large events (200+ guests), I recommend having more than one artist. This helps with the flow of traffic for a seamless guest experience and ensure each guest will receive their personalized item in a timely manner. If your event requires multiple artists, I will put together a team of trusted artists.

how to book

I typically arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to set up.

Personalization Process:
Guests will fill out a small customization form and be added to the queue. Guests can choose to wait and watch their item being customized or go enjoy the event and pick up their items later.

I may have a creative assistant with me to help with the guest flow and to capture content. After the event, I will send over any photos or videos taken of the event.

what materials can you personalize?

I can personalize most surfaces with various methods - engraving, hot stamping, painting, and inks. Popular personalization options are drink-ware, fragrance bottles, cosmetics, cards, and envelopes. I love bringing new and unique ideas to events! If you have a specific item in mind, please reach out and we can discuss the possibilities.

what surfaces can you engrave on?

I can engrave most surfaces - glass, metal, stone, and plastic. On smooth surfaces, color can be added to the engraved area for a pop of contrast. It's a beautiful and permanent way to elevate a gift. Engravings are not limited to words, we can incorporate small illustrations and florals to match your event or brand style.

how many customizations can you complete?

It depends on a few factors, such as the number of guests, the type of personalization, and the complexity of the design. Typically, I can personalize between 15-20 items per hour. For high-volume events, I can bring a team of artists to ensure all of your guests can receive their personalized gifts. We can work together to create a plan that fits your event flow.

what do you need for your setup?

My setup is typically small and organized, requiring only a chair, a table, good lighting, and sometimes access to an electrical outlet. I provide all of the necessary tools and materials for the customization. If your event has specific setup requirements, please let me know, and we can discuss the best setup for your space.
