For this special event, we worked with them to create custom leather passport covers, embossed with each guest’s initials right at the event, which transformed a simple favor into an experience. For a branded touch, we pre-embossed the company logo on the back of each passport cover.

My team coordinated every part of the process from pre-event logistics to the final on-site set up. We handled the logo embossing, managed pickup and delivery, and ensured everything arrived at the venue ready for a smooth and effortless experience.

When the evening began, our leather embossing station was set and ready to personalize each piece on demand.

A Launch Party Focused on Guest Experience

The event itself was nothing short of extraordinary. Rox went above and beyond to make every detail memorable, complete with live music, a caricature artist, a curated merch shop, and, of course, the incredible food. Our leather embossing activation quickly became one of the most popular experiences of the night. Guests lined up to have their passport covers personalized. By the end of the night, every single cover had been embossed – not one left behind.
