I had the pleasure of returning to Diptyque for in-store engraving for two weekends. Diptyque is known for their luxurious candles, fragrances, and home decor pieces. They’ve always been a brand that values craftsmanship, which made it the perfect setting for my custom engraving.
As customers browsed the store, they were invited to add a bespoke touch to their purchases. Whether it was a candle for their home or a fragrance for their loved one, I had the privilege of transforming these beautiful pieces into meaningful keepsakes.
Seeing the engraving happen right in front of their eyes brought a new level of connection to the brand. Customers were thrilled to watch their items personalized and many shared that the in-store engraving experience made their purchase feel even more special – turning it into a one-of-a-kind treasure.
There’s something undeniably captivating about seeing artistry in action. It draws people in, sparks conversation, and leaves lasting impressions. When I showed the clients what I was doing, most of their reactions were “oh wow! That’s so cool!”
Having in-store engraving encouraged many clients to purchase more. One of the customers that came in purchased the largest candle Diptyque had solely because she wanted my engraving on it! As an artist, I always strive to create meaningful experiences. Seeing customer’s reactions is definitely the highlight of the event. The simple act of customization turned everyday purchases into lasting memories.
I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity again to share my craft with Diptyque’s clients. Being given the creative freedom to design pieces for clients allows me to push boundaries and keep things fresh.
If you’re looking to elevate your in-store activation with custom hand engraving, I would love to bring this experience to you and your clients!
