Ceremony at St. Patrick’s Seminary

Kirsten and Scott celebrated their wedding at the stunning St. Patrick’s Seminary Chapel. Their love story began in Lourdes, France. To honor this special place, we subtly incorporated traditional symbolic elements, focusing on roses as the central motif in their stationery design.

It was a gorgeous spring day. The couple went with an all-white wedding with pops of blue and gold in the stationery. This color palette perfectly embodied the timeless elegance they envisioned for their celebration. Alongside paying tribute to Lourdes, the day was filled with cherished heirlooms, adding even more meaning to their wedding.

Two of my favorite moments to witness are the father-daughter first look and the bride-groom first look – it never gets old!

Wedding Stationery Details

When Kirsten approached me, she had clear ideas for the stationery pieces: place cards, menus, table numbers, escort cards and envelopes, bar signs, a welcome sign, and ceremony programs. I wanted to maintain the classic look she desired while adding a creative twist. We tied the rose design into each piece, creating a cohesive and elegant suite. For the place cards, we created oval name tags to tie onto the menus with different colored ribbons to indicate meal choices. Each tag featured handwritten calligraphy for a personal touch. For the escort cards and envelopes, we went with a translucent vellum with the same rose design and handwritten calligraphy in gold ink.

The table settings looked so beautiful after everything we set up. Each stationery piece complemented the overall aesthetic.
